Family-friendly is a standard, not a slogan.

The policies below are non-negotiable. We'd rather close an attraction early than ever cut a safety corner.

Child Supervision

All children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. We are an event, not a daycare.
Wristbands match each child to their accompanying adult on entry. Lost-child reunification protocol activates within 60 seconds.
Volunteers and staff are trained never to be alone with an unaccompanied child — always two-deep coverage.

Water Safety

Lifeguards or trained water-safety attendants are stationed at every water attraction during open hours.
Slide riders are height-checked before each ride. Inflatables are inspected before, mid-day, and after each event.
No diving, running, or rough play. Calm guidance, never shouting — staff coach, never scold.

Weather Protocols

We monitor lightning detection in real time. At first strike within 10 miles, all attractions clear immediately.
Heat advisories trigger free cold-water rotation, shade-zone deployment, and cooling stations.
High wind shuts down inflatables until conditions return to manufacturer-rated tolerances.

Cleanliness

Sanitation rounds every 30 minutes during operations. Hand-wash and hand-sanitizer stations at every food and water zone.
Inflatables sanitized before opening and after closing. Restrooms checked and stocked hourly.
Single-use sunscreen stations to keep skin protected without cross-contamination.

Staff & Volunteer Standards

All adults working with children pass a background check before being scheduled.
Required onboarding: code of conduct, mandatory reporter training, water-safety basics, weather protocol.
Crew T-shirts and visible badges at all times so families always know who works the event.

Insurance & Compliance

Event-day general liability insurance with adequate coverage limits for our venue type and attendance.
All inflatable operators carry their own commercial coverage and provide certificates before setup.
We maintain compliance with local health, fire, and permitting authorities for every event.
