Tickets & Events
Is the ticket really only $10?+
Yes. $10 per person, all-day access. No upcharges to ride, no sneaky fees. Food and drink from on-site vendors are sold separately.
Do kids under a certain age get in free?+
Children under 2 are free with a paying adult. Each event publishes its own age policy on the ticket page.
Can I bring my own food and water?+
Yes — outside food and water are welcome. We also have local food vendors on site.
What if it rains?+
Light rain doesn't stop a splash park. Lightning or severe weather pauses or postpones. Tickets are valid for the rescheduled date.
Are tickets refundable?+
Tickets are transferable to a friend or another date. Refunds are issued only if we cancel the event entirely.
Donations
Are donations tax-deductible?+
Yes. NOIGILER FOUNDATION INC is a 501(c)(3) (EIN XX-XXXXXXX). Donations are deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
How are donations used?+
Operating costs, scholarship passes for low-income families, outreach programs, and growth into new community events. Annual impact report published each year.
Do you accept in-kind donations?+
Absolutely. Sunscreen, bottled water, T-shirts, snacks, generators, gift cards. Email hello@noigilerfoundation.org to coordinate.
Can I set up a monthly recurring donation?+
Yes — monthly sustainers are the backbone of community nonprofits. Use the "Give Monthly" option on the donate page.
Volunteering
What's the minimum age?+
Most roles are 14+ with parental consent. Some specialty roles require 16+ or 18+.
Do you do background checks?+
Yes — every adult volunteer working with children is background-checked before being scheduled.
Can I get service hours / a reference letter?+
Yes. We sign forms for school, scouts, court-mandated service, and provide reference letters on request.
Sponsorship & Vendors
How do I become a sponsor?+
Visit our Sponsor page or email our partnerships team. Tiers from $500 to $10,000+ are listed, and custom packages are available.
Do you allow food trucks and vendors?+
Yes. We bring in local food trucks and family-friendly vendors. Vendor inquiries: email our sponsorships team.
Can our church / school / company host a private day?+
Yes — group buyouts and partnership days are available. Reach out through the contact form.
Safety
Are children supervised by staff?+
No — children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Staff supervise attractions, not children individually.
Is the water safe?+
Yes. Inflatables are filled with potable water, sanitized between events, and inspected throughout the day.
Are there lifeguards?+
Lifeguards or trained water-safety attendants are stationed at every water attraction during open hours.
